'Firepolished' is the term used to describe the way processed glass regains its luster in the firing process. After shaping, cleansing, and hours of careful firing to nearly 1500 F; a piece that was scratched, shattered, and cloudy will emerge glossy, purified, and far more beautiful than before. My work is a symbol of the beauty and character we gain in the fires of life and should be enjoyed as an encouragement of the change to come. Much of my work is inspired by spiritual and natural beauty.

I work in a variety of glassworking methods including coldworking, kilnforming, casting, patte de verre, sandcarving, and photo emulsion to create glassware, sculptures, jewelry, windows, mosaics and more. Everything has been lovingly made using only certified compatible glass, high quality slumping molds, and slow annealing times to ensure longevity.
